For people with:
  • coeliac disease
    Coeliac disease is a condition caused by an inability to digest gluten. Gluten, a substance found in wheat, barley, rye, corn reacts with the small bowel, causing damage by activating the immune system. Our products contain none of the above listed cereals.
  • Phenylketonuria
    Phenylketonuria is a genetic disorder. In "classic PKU", the enzyme that break down phenylalanine is completely or nearly competely deficient. This enzyme normally converts phenylalanine to another amino acid, tyrosine. Without this enzyme, phenylalanine accumulate in the blood and body tissues. Chronically high level of phenylalanine can cause significant brain problems. Treatment requires a diet that has some phenylalanine but in much lower amounts than normal.
  • Chronic kidney disease Kidneys are responsible for removing toxin and waste products from the blood. Chronic kidney disease occurs when kidneys are no longer able to clear the blood (competely or nearly competely). Low protein diets is needed and our products can be well applied under the supervision of doctor.

We have evolved a dietetic product family with low protein content and free from gluten. The dietetic food made by us facilitates significantly the condition of the patients suffering from phenylketonurea, coeliac disease, renal failure, and sensitivity to special amino acids. The following FE-MINI products made in a small venture at the Fluor Quality Testing Laboratory are being produced and distributed: bread powder, cake powders (vanilla, honey), pudding powders (vanilla, strawberry, raspberry, mango, cacao), egg-substituting powder, dumplings powder, pastas (narrow macaroni, wide macaroni, small square, large square, spaghetti, small round, thin narrow ribbon vermicelli, medium wide flat, wide flat, yellow rice), bread crumbs, semolina, artificial rice. The protein content of the products is max. 1.6% and the phenylalanine content is at most 20mg/100g. All products are gluten free.
